Periodic workshops to address urgent agricultural development issues
are convened by SAA and organized by the Centre for Applied Studies in
International Negotiations (Geneva, Switzerland). These workshops bring
together a broad spectrum of government leaders, including prime ministers
and ministers of agriculture, and representatives of aid agencies, development
banks, NGOs, and private companies.
